So even though I paid CubeSmart today on 10/2/2025 on the due date, on their website it shows past due. It’s 10PM EST and my payment date is showing on the 3rd.
My payment due for next month is $30 higher.
On 7/02/24 my payment was $83.90
On 7/02/24 my payment was $113.04
On 8/02/24 my payment was $110.82 but it was late so paid $133.44 on 8/19/24
On 12/02/24 my payment was supposed to be $132.96 but it was late so paid $158.47 on 12/14/24
On 1/2/25 my payment was $132.96 but was late so paid $135.62 on 1/7/25
On 2/2/25 my payment was $132.96 but was late so paid $158.47 on 2/12/25 but for some reason also paid $34.23 on 2/28/25
On 05/30/25 my payment was $135.62
And so on…
So, with no notice we have multiple increases that were silently paid within the first year of owning the storage unit. Do not get a storage unit at CubeSmart.
