$55,000 is what I made working at your company while producing the following results:
Arrestor Plate Flow Tester software was rewritten and upgraded from visual basic to LabVIEW. Database added, remote viewing tools for supervisor added and software support for a whole 2nd line.
ULN Leak Tester software was written from scratch in LabVIEW. This is a brand-new product line for Beckett Thermal Solutions, apparently the money maker.
ID Plug Programmer and ID Plug Manager software was written from scratch in C# interfacing with PG4UW software and BK Precision hardware. Includes a database and dynamic serialized barcode label printing.
Sequence Tester software was written from scratch in C# interfacing with furnace controls for end-of-line testing before pack-out. The software interrogates the furnace controls to make sure they have the correct hardware installed on them and runs the furnace through a simulated trial for ignition. It then prints the label if the test was successful. Communication between the tester and controls happens via modbus and analog.
ID Plug Progamming Tools were re-written, so they are easier to follow in a block diagram (LabVIEW) and automated documentation generation.
But apparently, I sat around and did nothing so much you all had to fire me via voicemail and then not tell other employees what you’ve done. Everyone needs to know.
