I wasn’t surprised to hear Joel denied having me sign this piece of paper. I did also want to see all the justifications for firing me for absenteeism. Surely there are negative reports and the like in my personnel file that I never had a chance to discuss openly. I wanted to see the results of my conversation with Leslie Waechter about my medical issues I was facing. My employer knew I had to see a doctor every 2 weeks because I had to leave early 1 day every 2 weeks the entire time I was employed with them. I bet my employer did not know I was taking a drug test every 2 weeks the entire time I was employed with them.
