This is the ECG I took while I was standing in my bedroom. My heart rate suddenly shot up to 179 beats per minute and stayed there for a while. I was doing anything strenuous. I talked about this in my post Death Penalty.

I seriously thought I was going to die with my heart rate being this high after not doing anything. On the way to the hospital, while sitting in the passenger seat of the car, my heart rate fluctuated between 150, 130, 120, 130 and 150. I have 16 total ECG’s and GPS data to go along with it.
Once we were at the hospital, I sat in the parking lot for 34 minutes before my heart rate calmed down enough (107 BPM). We drove home without going inside.
