Sometimes when I cough, I feel an electrical shock throughout my body.
I feel it mostly in my neck and shoulders and head.
I noticed that the same thing happens occasionally when I raise my voice.
I just tried holding my shoulder like I do to stop electrical feeling chest pain and coughed, and the electrical shock only happened in my arm up to the point where I was holding my shoulder.
