What I experienced with my heart rate shooting from 70bpm to 175bpm, I have noticed my partner has experienced this as well more than once.
I remember feeling her heart beating out of her chest, and when I talked to her, she was not nervous or scared nor was she doing anything strenuous at all. She was calm.
I don’t think we’ve both ever experienced it happening at the same time.
