The North Olmsted Police Department looks like it’s suffering from a criminal organization blackmailing their individual officers. I cannot come up with any other explanations for their actions in this city.
If you have information that can lead to the capture of the person blackmailing the police, please report it to as many places as possible. Any agency that you think might be able to deal with it, let them know. Use your schooling, remember what we learned in social studies.
