This was a class recommended to me and paid for by Beckett Gas, Inc. I did pass the class. I have a certificate somewhere. My partner at the time was also interested in using the resources to learn how to budget and did. I think they recommended it because I had to get a $250 loan from work every 10 weeks to make ends meet. I tried to tell them nicely that it was about how much they were willing to pay, not how much I was mismanaging my money. When my pay increased to $31.25 an hour, I no longer needed to take loans out. The thing is, I was doing the same work at $31.25 as I was doing at $20 something an hour.
