Today my partner worked at 2PM. Before work, she wanted to go to school to pick up her iPad. We drove about 20 minutes, picked up the iPad and stopped at McDonalds for lunch.
We got our usual meals, ate in the parking lot, then headed to take her to work. Half-way to work water starts pouring into the car from under (behind) the glove compartment. I stop and turn around to go home. The entire way home water comes in at my partners feet.
Once at home, I popped the hood and looked. The entire plastic underside to keep the car dry is missing. Not wanting my partner to be late for work, I drive her there from home. Water coming in the whole time.
I’m now sitting in a parking lot trying to figure out what to do. The police in North Olmsted wouldn’t even take a report if I called. They’ve proven it now, 3 strikes.
