Since I got home Sunday evening after a 7-hour drive I have had a hard time getting to sleep.
I didn’t sleep at all after the long drive, and I wasn’t able to sleep during the day. Not until later in the afternoon was I able to fall asleep for a few hours. I woke up at 10 PM and have not been to sleep since. It’s currently 10:14 AM
There is a switch flipped somewhere that is turned on and will not let me sleep. I can feel it in my entire body. They have it turning on and off at a certain schedule now it seems. When it’s on I feel wide awake knowing there is no possibility of asleep. When it’s turned off it’s just like flipping a switch and I am able to finally fall asleep.
Trying to force somebody into a schedule where they only sleep for 4 hours during the day can lead to psychosis.
This is what people are doing to other people they don’t like, just forcing them to stay up.
