A new discovery during the research into the new mental health condition with lights flashing in the eyes which is sure to catch attention- the capability to feel pain that the voices and the flashing lights can control with knobs. The voices in this rare mental health condition that had the legislature in Nevada fooled- can actually brag about causing a specific type of pain before causing it. They can actually first cause an increase or decrease in pain and then brag in a mental health voice about how they are the ones doing it and will never be caught.
These specific types of voices have claimed to be “the most evil criminals in the world”
I believe these mental health voices also have actual faces, that they use to make expressions when explaining things to the subject.
